My story

From the time I was a kid, I’ve always been imagining what’s possible on the horizon, and then asking the question “why not?”

At 15, I auditioned for our school play and they asked if I knew how to juggle. I said “no, but I can learn!” Why not?

At 18, I changed my college choice at the last minute when I got the “nudge” from the Universe that I should pursue music instead of engineering. Why not? (I ended up landing my dream job as a high school choir director)

At 29, I left that dream job to start a real estate business because I was always obsessed with entrepreneurship and wanted to try it. Why not? (I became one of the top producing agents during the worst recession in our lifetime)

At 40 I started auditioning for professional musicals to see if I had what it takes. Why not? (To date, I’ve performed in over 25 professional musical theater productions nationwide)

So as you can see, I’m not big on ‘business as usual.’ I see a possibility, set a target, then start moving.

It’s just how I roll.
